Mr. Whitehead graduated from Florida Gulf Coast University with a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering. While attending the Florida Gulf Coast University, Mr. Whitehead performed research work examining the structural strength of Haitian Cement as well as lead many student ASCE events. Mr. Whitehead’s experience includes structural design and project management. He also oversaw construction planning, budgeting, execution, and on-site quality control and progress inspections. Additionally, he has conducted construction and repair of residential properties, which includes subjects as window installation, foundation laying, drywall install and remediation, shingle, tile, and metal roof repair. Mr. Whitehead has conducted property investigations on residential and commercial/industrial structures including roof damage assessments, moisture intrusion, flooring damage assessments (tile, wood, etc.), and storm-related damage. His experience also includes analysis of distress to ancillary structures.
