VERTEX Team to Attend 2026 CETA Conference in Dallas, TX

April 14, 2026

Members of VERTEX’s Industrial Hygiene and Controlled Environment team will be attending the 2026 Controlled Environment Testing Association (CETA) Conference, part of the CETA Series, taking place April 17-20, 2026, at the DoubleTree by Hilton in Dallas, Texas.

The CETA Series offers an intensive two-day workshop featuring half-day sessions that combine hands-on activities and lectures, allowing participants to customize their schedules and stay informed on the latest innovations in cleanroom certification, environmental testing, and facility safety. The event also features an exhibit hall that fosters collaboration and showcases industry advancements, along with recreational options and offsite excursions.

Representing VERTEX

Representing VERTEX at this year’s conference are:

  • Samantha Dunn, RCP-SCF – Operations Manager
  • Joseph Krispin, RCP-SCF – Cleanroom Certification Specialist

VERTEX Involvement

Jake Warden will be speaking as part of the CETA Training Series, presenting “CAG-015: Testing of Pass-Throughs (New 2025)”. This session will introduce the newly developed CETA CAG-015 document to pharmacy professionals and cleanroom certifiers, covering passthrough types, applicable testing methods, and considerations for determining when and how these systems should be evaluated, including potential challenges and limitations.

Samantha Dunn and Joseph Krispin have been invited to participate in the CNBT BSC Pilot Exam, contributing to the development of the new Biosafety Cabinet (BSC) certification. Their participation will help provide critical feedback to refine exam content, support psychometric analysis, and establish standards that advance competency across the controlled environment and biosafety cabinet community.

In addition, Samantha Dunn will provide an update on the progress of the CAG committee’s “Industry Impact Committee,” sharing insights into ongoing initiatives and their implications for industry standards and best practices.

The team will also engage with industry professionals, participate in technical sessions, and contribute to ongoing discussions around advancements in controlled environments and cleanroom standards
