VERTEX is excited to move forward with the Town of Walpole’s new Middle School Project.
On Tuesday, November 2, 2021, the Town of Walpole voted “YES” on Question #1 to construct and furnish a new grade 6-8 combined middle school at 625 Washington Street, Walpole, the current location of the Bird Middle School. Design on the new $116 million combined middle school will begin immediately and construction will begin next year. The school is scheduled to open in the Fall of 2024.
