Team VERTEX celebrates reaching Project #90,000, achieving this milestone rapidly in 2023.
We are thrilled to announce the creation of our 90,000th project – a remarkable achievement for Team VERTEX! Spearheaded by our dedicated Account Manager, John Krietz, and the Project Manager is Chris Pinnow, this venture promises to be another shining success in our organization’s history.

Our journey from Project #1,000 to #90,000 in such a short time is a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional service to our valued clients.
Project # 1000 was set up in July 1997 and was a construction job for the City of Provincetown in Provincetown, Massachusetts.
Employees involved in the project were Jim O’Brien, Bill McConnell, and Jeff Picard.
Project # 10,000 was set up in October 2006 and was an environmental job including due diligence and asbestos consulting during renovations in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. PMs were Jaron Frieden and Ben Strong.

Project # 20,000 was set up in October 2011 and was a surety claim in Modesto, California. The PM was Johnathan Hahn.

Project # 30,000 was set up in July of 2014 and was an Owners Project Management job in Brookfield, Massachusetts. PMs were Kevin Heffernan, Jon Lemieux, and Carly Spink.

Project # 40,000 was set up in May 2016 and was an environmental job at a hospital in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. PMs were Donald Heim and William Otten.

Project # 50,000 was set up on April 5th, 2018. The PM was Bill Schmidt and the Project involved environmental due diligence for a site in Brooklyn, NY for one of our bank/lender clients.

Project #60,000 was booked on October 10th, 2019. The PMs included Lance Vandemark and Diana Minchella and involved surety consulting for a site in Bourbonnais, IL.

Project #70,000 was booked on Friday, March 12th 2021. The PMs include Joe Bednarz and Rob Goodwin and the work involved forensic engineering for a property claim in New Jersey for a major insurance carrier account.

Project #80,000 was booked on June 16th, 2022. The VP and PM are Eric Nelson, PE, LEED®AP, CEA and Stephen McCarthy, and the work involves Phase I ESAs and PCAs at a number of sites in Corpus Christi, Texas for a large real estate portfolio owner/asset manager. Congrats to the Account Management team as well as the PM team and the whole accounting team for booking this milestone project!!
