Vertex Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Bill McConnell, VERTEX’s Vice President of Surety, Frank Benway, as well as ESG Committee Chair, Ryan Gallup, will be featured speakers at the 2023 National Bond Claims Association in Horseshoe Bay, Texas. McConnell’s and Gallup’s presentation, titled “Carbon Neutral Construction Practices and Techniques,” will discuss the latest technologies and trends in construction practices, and how they can be used to support ESG initiatives. To kick off the conference, Frank Benway will speak on Thursday alongside John McDevitt of Liberty Mutual with a presentation titled, “Construction Contract Administration & Common Occurrences of Maladministration”.

VERTEX Executive Vice President, Catherine Pierce, and Assistant Vice President, Michael Bater, will be co-presenting at the 2023 Western Loss Association Fall Conference in Lake Geneva, Wisconsin.
