While these claims are often viewed through a coverage lens, construction managers must also proactively manage schedule impacts and documentation requirements to keep projects on track. 

Through real-world case examples and interactive audience polling, the presenters will provide practical guidance on how to:

• Document field conditions and recovery activities in ways that support defensibility
