These rankings come amid a shifting industry landscape. According to ENR, overall revenue for the Top 100 CM/PM-for-fee firms rose 1.5% to $28.1 billion, with growth driven entirely by the U.S. market. While CM-for-fee revenue dipped slightly, PM-for-fee revenue increased 2.9%. Despite persistent labor shortages and federal spending pressures, nearly three-quarters of firms reported revenue growth.
