On Thursday, our Vice President of Surety Claims, Frank Benway, and Liberty Mutual Surety’s Regional Vice President – Global and Specialty Claims, John McDevitt, will kick off the conference with an insightful presentation on “Construction Contract Administration & Common Occurrences of Maladministration.”
Additionally, you won’t want to miss the session at 10:10 a.m., where our CEO, Bill McConnell, and ESG Committee Chair, Ryan Gallup, will co-present with Liberty Mutual Surety’s Senior Claims Counsel, Luis Aragon, to provide an overview of “Carbon Neutral Construction Practices and Techniques.”
