Hala’s scope of work varies from project advisory/management (schedule and cost management, risk analysis, and claims management/avoidance) on active construction projects, to dispute resolution (mainly delay analysis, damages quantification, loss of productivity analysis) on either active or previous projects in dispute. Hala also worked on multiple design-build projects, focusing on the integration of design phase into the construction schedule while also reviewing technical and design related claims. Additionally, Hala has continuously examined force majeure events and their impact on construction projects.
