With over 26 years of experience in the construction industry, Christy has managed large, complex projects across institutional, healthcare, and multi-use developments. Her deep understanding of planning, design, and construction, combined with her experience as both a builder and owner’s project manager, allows her to provide clients with tailored, practical solutions while fostering collaboration and high-performing teams.
Christy’s leadership extends beyond project delivery. She is a recognized advocate for diverse voices in construction, contributing her time and expertise through teaching and mentoring initiatives such as the AGC MA Emerging Leaders Development Series and serving as a founding member of the BWiC Committee. A regular guest speaker at industry events and co-moderator of the AGC MA/BWiC Behind the Façade podcast, Christy brings thought leadership and guidance to peers and emerging professionals alike.
