- Key components of a cost to complete analysis including but not limited to subcontractor and vendor balances, remaining buyout estimates, self-performance estimates, general conditions, accounts payable including earned retainages, and potential backcharges and claims.
- Project risks and exposures and how to reflect the same in the cost to complete analysis.
