52-Story NYC Tower: Scheduling for $850M Mixed-Use Project

This $850 million, 52-story building is the result of a series of joint ventures that produced a landmark high-rise in New York City. The tower includes 1.6 million sq. ft. of office space, a 350-seat auditorium on the ground level overlooking a garden, a rooftop conference center, and a glass-enclosed retail complex on the ground floor.

VERTEX provided the following schedule consulting services to ownership:

  • Development of the original master schedule and updates until the construction manager was retained

  • Review of the construction manager’s proposed schedules, including detailed baseline reviews and development of incentive milestones

  • Monthly monitoring of project status, including peer review of schedule updates and narrative reporting

  • Analysis and negotiation of subcontractor delay claims
