Vertex performed Tenant Improvement services for a first generation build out from a core and shell condition. The total project square footage was 12,334 SF. The design called for an urban rustic aesthetic, which incorporated concrete floors, open ceilings and exposed brick. The floor plan included conference rooms, recharge bar, kitchens, reception/lobby, huddle rooms and communications center. With most of the design team out of state, Vertex relied heavily on photographs and video communications to ensure adherence to the strict specifications. The project was finished on time and within budget.
