VERTEX was awarded a 31,000 sf, 3-story remodel along the US-36 corridor in Broomfield, Colorado. The tenant took over part of the first floor, the entire second floor, and the entire fifth floor. The buildout was a first-generation space in a fairly new building near the First Bank Center. With restaurants, hotels, and entertainment nearby, it is a great location for a co-working space.
The floor was opened between the first and second floors and a staircase with an ADA chairlift was installed to connect the first and second stories. Finishes are bright and modern with an open ceiling concept on the first floor and all corridors, but ceilings have been installed in the offices to help with noise reduction. More than half of the walls on the second and fifth floors are glass to allow natural light to penetrate every office in the space. The floors are sealed concrete, which adds an industrial touch to the space.
