Vertex provided civil engineering services for a 6,000-SF automated car wash and a 500-SF drive-thru coffee shop on a 2.4-acre site. The car wash featured three drive-thru lanes, a wash tunnel, and vacuum stalls. Customers cannot enter the coffee shop and, instead, need to use one of two drive-thru lanes to order and receive their beverage.
Civil efforts included site planning and layout, grading, stormwater management, and utility service layout and design. Vertex coordinated and received approvals from the local Conservation Commission and Planning Board. Additional State and Federal permits were also obtained.
