This multi-phase 2.1 million sq. ft. project, located on 12 acres on Roosevelt Island, will be completed in 2043 and will house over 2,500 graduate students. There will be a total of 10 buildings and 2.5 acres of open space stretched across Roosevelt Island. The campus will include academic buildings, two residences, a hotel, a central utility plant and mixed-use buildings with co-working spaces and studios.
