VERTEX was retained as the delay and productivity expert for the fabricator of escalator canopies for Washington D.C. metro stations. The project included the fabrication of 10 architecturally-exposed structural stainless-steel canopies. VERTEX performed an evaluation of delay impacts to the fabricator’s performance and estimated productivity damages. As a result of VERTEX’s expert services including evaluation, estimating, and expert report preparation, the matter settled pre-trial.
