Escalator Canopies for Washington D.C. Metro Stations

Vertex was retained as the delay and productivity expert for the fabricator of escalator canopies for Washington D.C. metro stations. The project included the fabrication of 10 architecturally-exposed structural stainless-steel canopies. Vertex performed an evaluation of delay impacts to the fabricator’s performance and estimated productivity damages. As a result of Vertex’s expert services including evaluation, estimating, and expert report preparation, the matter settled pre-trial.
