About this Project
LKB, a wholly owned subsidiary of VERTEX, provided engineering services for the improvement of approximately 2.7 miles of residential roadways. The project implemented in two phases. Phase 1 included a drainage and design report for both Phases 1 and 2, with design and construction management for Phase 1. The design included minor improvements to the drainage system, and reconstruction of the roadways including curb grading, and preparation of the construction estimate and specifications.
