VERTEX was retained as the Owner’s Project Manager of the Hotel Alessandra project during the Construction and Closeout Phases. The project consisted of a 20-story, mixed-use hotel, restaurant, and retail development anchored by the Hotel Alessandra with a total project construction budget of $55,300,000. The Hotel Alessandra consists of 18 floors of hotel rooms and multiple luxury amenity spaces.
During the Construction Phase, VERTEX was responsible for payment requisition monitoring, regular attendance at Owner/Architect/Contractor meetings, as well as reporting on project progress, schedule status, safety compliance, and analysis of change orders, among other responsibilities. During the project Closeout Phase, VERTEX was responsible for supporting the punch list development and warranty/O&M manual submissions.
