VERTEX served as the Surety’s Construction Manager for the $53 million Joint Traffic Management Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The purpose of this project was to construct a 3-story, 170,000 sq. ft. transit center and an approximately 3,800 sq. ft. bus transit building. The transit center will function as a hub for both city and state traffic management services, as well as a dispatch center for first responders. VERTEX’s role in this project was to provide construction coordination and construction monitoring. Additional services provided included attendance at progress and OAC meetings, site observations, schedule analysis, cost analysis, negotiation facilitation, and general project coordination.
