VERTEX performed Construction Monitoring Services for the residential portion of a master-planned retail/commercial/residential development located in Hopkinton, Massachusetts. The property consists of six multi-story wood-framed buildings containing 242 varying type flat-style apartments, as well as 38 wood-framed attached townhome-style apartments. The residents at Modera Hopkinton have access to luxury clubhouse spaces and a resort-style pool, as well as outdoor amenities and over 40 acres of open space. Construction began in early 2016 and was completed in the Summer of 2018.
VERTEX made one site visit per month for attendance of an Owner/Architect/Contractor meeting and payment application review meeting, as well as site documentation. VERTEX’s scope of work also included ongoing monitoring of the Project’s overall progress, schedule adherence, construction quality, and safety compliance.
