A new 20-story, $600 million, 740,000 sq. ft. office tower was constructed in Newark, New Jersey, featuring a 1,400-space parking garage, 50,000 sq. ft. of retail space, and integrated art displays.

Developed a master schedule and overall project plan through collaborative meetings with the project team to identify and expand design deliverables, approval processes, and other key activities

Reviewed and validated detailed CPM schedules submitted by the core/shell, interior, and retail construction managers to ensure compliance with contract documents and proper logic for project execution

Attended weekly team meetings and performed regular schedule progress snapshots; conducted periodic walkthroughs to assess project status

Provided monthly master schedule updates and weekly high-level milestone reporting

Assisted with schedule delay notices throughout the project
