Norwood DPW Garage

VERTEX’s subsidiary, Compass Project Management Inc. (Compass), served as the Owner’s Project Manager for the Town of Norwood for the new DPW Garage project. The Norwood DPW project involved the design and construction of a new DPW facility for the Town of Norwood on the Town’s existing DPW sites. Construction at the Lyman Place site consisted of demolishing the existing DPW facility and constructing a new administration building, new vehicle storage and maintenance garage, and a new salt storage building. Construction at the Lenox Street site consisted of repurposing the existing garage structure and constructing a new pre-engineered storage building. Construction at the Winter Street site included a new pre-engineered, vehicle storage building and a new fabric-wrapped salt storage building.
