VERTEX is the Owner’s Project Manager for the Pembroke Community Center. This project entails a new, two-story 28,000 SF Community Center, including an 11,000 SF gymnasium with an elevated walking track and program spaces for a combined senior center and recreation department. The building will include a kitchen and an elevator. The structure will be a mix of steel and wood framed. This project includes abatement and demolition of the existing building and a complete site package for the new facility. The total construction duration is fourteen (14) months.
