Pinnacle Groves Rogers, AR, United States VERTEX provided oversight on the surety’s behalf for the construction of a new senior living facility. The scope of the project includes the construction of a fully custom, ground-up 4-story independent living building, and a single story assisted living and memory care building. The project also included two man-made ponds, roadways, parking, and landscaping. VERTEX’s scope of services included construction relet, conducting weekly Owner/Architect/Contractor (OAC) meetings, monitoring construction progress and cost analysis, reviewing contractor’s schedule of values, processing payment, project closeout, and other construction administration services.
