This beautiful eight-story high-rise sits along the East River waterfront with views of the Manhattan skyline. Once finished, the project will comprise of three buildings containing 534 rental units laid across 522,000 SF. A mixture of studio, one- and two-bedroom units will offer a blend of quality and design.
