The project consists of an open kitchen concept with waterfall solid surface island, full-height glass wall fronts on offices and conference rooms, LVT flooring, and high-end finishes. The on-site team maintained a safe and debris-free work zone in the occupied building, ensuring existing tenants were not disturbed during construction.
