Vertex was contracted to build out a 10,500 SF office space on the 3rd floor of a three-story, retail building at Northfield. Northfield Stapleton is an open-air, 1,200,000 SF retail town center located at the Stapleton International Airport redevelopment in Denver, Colorado. This was the first tenant into the space, requiring significant coordination between trades to establish a maximum ceiling height. The perimeter of the space offered full-height glass with exposed steel bracing, which was highlighted in the design. The space was built for executive office suites and shared common areas with modern aesthetics. Vertex was able to complete construction in 10 weeks, on time and within budget.
