Site elements include entry plaza, pre-function plaza, VIP structured-covered viewing boxes, terraced lawn seating, permanent sound booth covered-structure, outdoor stadium seating, elevated walkway, egress stairs & ramps, and sidewalks. VERTEX services included initial review and resolution of structural steel issues and deficiencies, various cost analyses, project monitoring, and other miscellaneous construction contract administration and vender payment resolution.
