Located at the corner of Broadway and West 47th St., this $2.5 billion tower will replace the existing Double Tree Hilton Hotel. It will consist of 669 hotel rooms and a restored and elevated Palace Theatre. It will also include 75,000 sq. ft. of retail space on 8 floors, an 18,000-square-foot wraparound illuminated sign, alfresco dining terraces, and an outdoor performance stage overlooking Broadway.
