VERTEX General Contracting completed an occupied remodel of an established executive suites concept within a class-A building for a repeat national client. This was a two-floor renovation which included substantial changes to the reception, kitchen, and meeting rooms.
By working closely with the client, VERTEX compiled scheduling and took considerations to prevent the need for client relocation. New carpet and paint were completed in existing offices over many weekends and VERTEX created a temporary kitchen and performed work after-hours in five separate phases to ensure minimal business disruption. The project was an impressive logistical achievement and the client is enjoying their completely updated finishes without having to relocate.
