Allyson Mahar
Project Manager, Owner's Project Management
Allyson has been in the design and construction industry for over ten years managing large capital projects in the public and private markets. Her experience is wide-spread with a focus on financial management, contract administration, and project controls. Allyson has managed multiple public and private K-12 and higher education projects including the East Bridgewater Jr/Sr High School and Northeastern University’s Interdisciplinary Science and Engineering Complex (ISEC) projects. On the ISEC project, Allyson was instrumental in the management and implementation of E-Builder, Northeastern’s project control system. She also worked as a Construction Project Manager for the Massachusetts School Building Authority gaining extensive knowledge of their policies and procedures. At VERETX, Allyson is a member of the team on various capital projects including K-12 and higher education projects. She is a natural leader and a hands-on team player. With her comprehensive industry knowledge and thorough understanding of administration, technology, and FF&E, she is able to facilitate effective communication and document control processes, ensure compliance and make informed decisions for a successful project outcome.
