Andrea Self is a Senior Consultant with over 14 years of experience in Due Diligence consulting conducting Property Condition Assessment and Phase I Environmental Site Assessment reports for commercial properties across the continental United States, Alaska, and Canada. As a Senior Project Manager, she has comprehensive experience assessing a wide variety of commercial property types, ranging from multifamily, office/retail, storage/warehouse, hotel, undeveloped land, manufacturing facilities and manufactured housing communities. These projects have been performed in compliance with a variety of work scopes, including the EPA’s All Appropriate Inquiry (AAI), Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD, and various conduit and life insurance company requirements.
