Mr. DiLucente has almost 40 years of consulting experience providing financial, accounting, and economic assistance to clients involved in a wide variety of business disputes. He has provided legal counsel and their clients assistance relative to all aspects of the commercial litigation process including providing expert testimony in federal, state and bankruptcy courts as well as in national and international arbitration proceedings. He has also served as an arbitrator and mediator.

During his career, Mr. DiLucente has participated in, and supervised, a variety of engagements that have involved general, as well as specialized, assistance to clients. This experience has allowed him to gain an understanding of the mechanics and processes of a wide variety of industries, including banking and commercial lending, charter schools, non-profits, securities, coal mining, renewable energy, waste management, insurance, professional practices, health care, real estate development, manufacturing, recycling and construction, among others.
With respect to commercial disputes, Mr. DiLucente’s experience includes, but is not limited to, accounting, economic and financial fact finding, calculating and critiquing claims for lost profits and economic damages, performing business and asset valuations, calculating damages associated with intellectual property, evaluating eminent domain issues, assessing joint ventures, partnerships and cooperatives, among other endeavors. With respect to industries served, Mr. DiLucente’s experience is varied and includes work relative to heavy manufacturing, coal mining, oil and gas, dairy, waste management, non-profits, gas drilling, insurance, retail, commercial arms, professional practices, health care, real estate as well as banking and commercial lending, among other environments. He has also worked extensively on environmental claims.
Mr. DiLucente has extensive experience assisting federal and state agencies, publicly traded companies, and legal counsel in complex investigations and compliance matters. His work has included large-scale fraud and financial statement investigations, corporate governance consulting, and assessing adherence to regulations across multiple sectors, including construction, real estate, finance, and government contracting. He has served in court-appointed roles such as Special Master and forensic accounting expert, conducted forensic reviews of estates and local governments, and developed fraud detection programs for Fortune 500 companies. Mr. DiLucente has also traced asset transfers, evaluated the propriety of recorded transactions, and supported litigation involving allegations of accounting malpractice, non-compliance with regulations, and piercing the corporate veil legal theories.
