Chris CasaleggioAIC, AINS

Regional Vice President, Forensics

Chris Casaleggio is a Regional Vice President at VERTEX, overseeing Forensics in the Mid-Atlantic territory. During his career, Mr. Casaleggio has handled complex property & casualty claims for several major insurance carriers and also has spent time as an intercompany arbitrator, settling coverage, liability and damage disputes.

Chris is an active member of numerous claim organizations in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania. He holds several industry designations, including an Associate in Claims (AIC) and an Associate in General Insurance (AINS). He is also licensed as a Property & Casualty Adjuster in Texas.

He is the author of “Adjusting” to a Career in Property & Casualty Claims, a book aimed at helping insurance claim adjusters see the positives of their career, combat the stressors and readjust their mindset for success. His latest release in 2024, “Adjusting” to Property & Casualty Claims: Negotiation 101, focuses on the nuances behind insurance claim negotiations. His articles have appeared in industry periodicals such as Property Casualty 360, Claims Magazine, Insurance Thought Leadership, and CLM Magazine.
