Mr. Foux is a Subject Matter Expert with LitCon Group, LLC (A Vertex Company). Mr. Foux specializes in damage claims, forensic accounting, financial analysis, and valuation services for clients across many industries including government contracting, construction, media, retail, health care, defense, and nuclear power generation. Mr. Foux is a certified public accountant, an accredited senior appraiser in business valuation, and accredited in business valuation.

Mr. Foux also has experience as a business analyst where he analyzed dataflow, provided forensic accounting services, and made recommendations on best practices related to the client’s enterprise resource planning system. Additionally, he has consulted with over thirty small businesses and startups, providing them with financial analysis and strategic guidance.

Mr. Foux has reviewed and analyzed claims and disputes related to government contracts, , construction, bid protests, fraud, and contract terminations. These claims span a wide range of industries including health care, construction, technology, defense contracting, and nuclear power generation. His government contracting experience includes working with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and various agency supplements. 

Mr. Foux has assisted clients by providing valuation services related to shareholder disputes, diminution of value, lost profits, and purchase agreements. He has provided valuation services for controlling and non-controlling interests, individual business segments, and intellectual property. 

Mr. Foux has been involved in analyzing requests for equitable adjustments for large government contractors. He been involved in numerous construction disputes, providing analysis on damages resulting from changed work, delay, lost productivity, and material overruns. 

In the defense contracting industry, Mr. Foux has analyzed cost and pricing data related to subcontractor disputes. He has analyzed large sums of financial data to identify errors in contract price calculations. 

Mr. Foux has assisted counsel with numerous phases of the litigation process including document discovery, and depositions. He has assisted in the preparation of trial demonstratives and expert reports. He has been deposed as an expert in a multi-million dollar government contracts damages claim.
