Mr. Pacheco is a Consultant II in the VERTEX’s Irvine office. He earned a B.S. in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Rutgers University – New Brunswick.
Mr. Pacheco brings a background in project management across a diverse range of projects throughout his 8 years of field experience including ground up construction of boutique hotels and luxury senior assisted living facilities, rehabilitation of a sewer lines, and implementation of underground and aerial fiber networks. His field experiences include project management, subcontractor management, daily inspections, and scheduling. He brings extensive knowledge of contract documentation, best practices, owner’s representation, and field work standards. This includes a full array of construction administration duties such as punchlist, inspection, submittal/RFI/change order, and CO/close-out procedures.
Mr. Pacheco is also an experienced owner’s representative. He helped transition from construction completion to operations on several projects including Vespera On Ocean in Pismo Beach, CA and Cambria Anaheim & Suites.
