Garrett Gustafson

Mr. Gustafson is a Managing Consultant with Vertex. He joined LitCon Group, LLC (A Vertex Company) after graduating from Grove City College, where he earned a degree in Accounting and Finance. Prior to joining LitCon full-time, Mr. Gustafson was an intern with the company.

Areas of Expertise
Mr. Gustafson has performed document review and analysis on construction delay and disruption disputes. He has assisted in identifying key documents and analyzed various components of large claims brought by government contractors.

Mr. Gustafson has assisted in the analysis of cost and pricing data in bid protests. He has assisted in the evaluation of price realism and agency most-probable cost adjustments.

Mr. Gustafson has assisted in reviewing documents and summarizing information for a case dealing with contractor indirect rates. He has reviewed documents including audit reports and incurred cost submissions to evaluate claimed damages.

Mr. Gustafson interned with a solo practitioner in employment law and a federal Tax Court judge. During his internship with the solo practitioner, he performed data quality assurance to ensure the accuracy of factual contentions. As an intern with the U.S. Tax Court, he completed a wide variety of tasks, including updating BNA Tax Management Portfolios and proofreading court opinions before their issuance.
