Engineer II, Environmental
Mrs. Najar has 10 years of experience in the environmental industry. She is responsible for managing and performing Phase I Environmental Site Assessements (ESAs), Transaction Screens, and desktop reviews. These responsibilities include set up, maintaining budgets, and completion of due diligence services in a timely manner. Mrs. Najar has managed several types of environmental due diligence projects, including gasoline station, multi-tenant industrial warehousing, and small real estate portfolios. Mrs. Najar also has experience in wetland delineations, radon testing, permitting, construction oversight, and groundwater sampling. Mrs. Najar has managed tasks, subcontractors, and personnel for various projects including scheduling, access notifications, troubleshooting field issues, and budget review.
Mrs. Najar has completed hundreds of Phase I ESAs for various clients including lending institutions, large corporations and private clients on sites including dry cleaners, former landfills, large industrial, commercial, and multi-family residential properties throughout the United States. While at VERTEX, Mrs. Najar has expanded services to include asbestos, mold, limited compliance review, and lead-based paint assessment.
