Janet Doherty is a Senior Consultant at VERTEX. She earned a B.S in Civil Engineering from the University of Illinois and is a licensed civil engineer. Prior to joining VERTEX, Ms. Doherty worked as a Project Manager for a General Contractor. Her responsibilities included on-site supervision, contract and change order pricing and negotiations, scheduling, and estimate to complete reporting. Since joining VERTEX, she has worked on numerous claims including construction defects, property and casualty, and surety. Her strengths include construction management, cost to complete analysis, scheduling, and completion contracting.
