Kathleen (Kate) Merwick
Manager, Contract Claims
Kathleen supports the development and review of cost and schedule analyses, primarily related to complex issues in the construction and utilities industries. She works with numerous parties across the construction industry, including general contractors, subcontractors, owners, and general counsel. Kathleen has analyzed cost overruns, loss of productivity claims, and project management claims. She has developed claims for various types of projects, including roadways, high-rise buildings, natural gas production plants, marine services, and more. Kathleen also aids in the analysis, development, documentation, and quality control for expert and rebuttal reports and provides support for mediations, depositions, and arbitrations.
Prior to her consulting work, Kathleen worked as a staffing analyst for a global provider of equipment and services for data centers.
