Kevin Talley has over 5 years’ experience as a construction claims consultant, with a specialty in delay analysis, in addition to 5 years of experience in general contracting on projects ranging in value from $7mm to $50mm. After obtaining his Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from Temple University, Kevin served as an Assistant Superintendent, Field Superintendent, and Project Engineer for two ENR Top 400 General Contractors, working on projects throughout the northeast, with a focus on utility and infrastructure. Kevin has strong experience performing managing and performing claims analyses on various types of projects, including bridges, schools, hospitals, hotels, offices, apartments, condominiums, highways, electrical transmission lines, natural gas pipelines, and light rail. Kevin utilizes his technical proficiency and practical experience to clearly present claims and assist clients in dispute resolution, and Kevin has performed analyses and reports for various forums of dispute resolution, including mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
