Mr. Snyder has fifteen years of professional experience in the litigation services industry, specializing in schedule delay and impact analyses, the analysis of construction project costs and quantities, and project management. He has been a guest lecturer for classes at both Lehigh University undergraduate and Drexel University graduate courses. He is a licensed Professional Engineer in Washington, DC and North Carolina.

Areas of Expertise Mr. Snyder performs critical path analyses using project schedules and documentation to evaluate project delay. He has worked for subcontractors, prime contractors, and owners on construction and government contracts ranging from several million to several billion dollars. Project types include military construction (e.g., hangars, runways), road and water infrastructure, electrical and power utilities, hospitals, and mixed-use commercial construction. He has experience in analyzing delay in cases where compensable delay, liquidated damages, home office overhead (Eichleay) costs, disruption damages, and wrongful termination were at issue. He is proficient in scheduling software such as Primavera P3/P6 and MS Project.
He has experience in reviewing construction documents and design submissions in response to claims submitted by contractors. He has experience evaluating claims for general conditions, home office overhead, costs for increased quantities, and other direct cost impacts. He has worked with large data sets, including searching 10+ million document productions, developing daily report databases for thousands of activity entries, and analyzing cost databases on projects over $1 billion.
Mr. Snyder has authored expert technical and schedule reports, testified in arbitration and at the ASBCA as a schedule expert, provided deposition testimony, and provided support for successful settlements. He has supported counsel with deposition and trial preparation, and created financial and schedule related demonstratives for use during trial.
Mr. Snyder has assisted clients with preparation of project schedules, Requests for Equitable Adjustment (REAs), claims, and Time Impact Analyses (TIAs). He provided on-site project and cost management support during the construction phase of a project.
