Mr. Tatum Rhyne is a graduate of an ABET accredited Engineering College with a Bachelor’s degree emphasized in Mechanical Engineering, with previous experience in project management.
Mr. Rhyne is a Consultant at VERTEX working primarily in Surety and Construction Defect files. At VERTEX, Mr. Rhyne’s typical responsibilities include: investigation of Surety performance and payment bond claims; investigation and scope preparation on Construction Defect files; management of project vendors; preparation of owner pay applications; technical reporting of project work and progress; active communication with all parties involved in a project including clients, owners, project staff and subcontractors; job file organization and maintenance; acquisition of pricing for and preparing subcontract and/or owner change orders.
