Frank Benway

Vice President, Surety

Frank Benway has over 15 years of construction management experience on some of the most complex projects nationwide. Specific expertise includes surety consulting and project completion, owner’s representation, construction oversight, construction claim analysis and preparation, construction bid package preparation, and cost to complete preparation.

As Vice President, Mr. Benway manages the surety consulting and completion contracting practice in VERTEX’s Weymouth, MA office. Additionally, Mr. Benway provides project management services, supervision of project engineers and assistant project managers, on-site supervision of work, report preparation, budget preparation, analyzes of costs-to-complete, payment bond claims, and subcontractor litigation. Mr. Benway has national experience, completing projects in Massachusetts and throughout New England, New York, New Jersey, Virginia, Illinois, Florida, and the Southeast.
