Jessica Fox is an environmental engineer with extensive experience analyzing environmental impacts and liabilities. As Executive Vice President at VERTEX, she provides senior management and technical oversight for remediation projects being conducted by offices across the country. Ms. Fox was recently recognized by Zweig Group as a 2018 Rising Star in Civil Engineering.
Ms. Fox has extensive experience completing complex due diligence investigations in connection with property transactions and redevelopment projects. She has evaluated projects ranging from single family residential homes to major international airports on behalf of a multitude of parties including developers, facility owners, and financial institutions. Ms. Fox manages and directs a variety of due diligence Phase I and II environmental site assessments, designs comprehensive subsurface investigation programs, interprets analytical and field data, formulates and communicates regulatory strategies to clients, prepares and manages regulatory compliance submittals, and plans remediation programs. Additional experience includes assessment and response actions under a variety of state and federal regulatory programs.
