Tiffany W. Chang is a Project Manager working within VERTEX’s Litigation Support Group. She graduated from New York University in 2015 with a degree in Environmental Studies and a minor in Environmental Biology. Continuing her education, she received her M.S. in Urban Systems Engineering and Management in 2017, also from New York University.

Ms. Chang has a strong background in civil and environmental engineering. Over the last 5 years with VERTEX, she has experienced a variety of litigation projects ranging from common issues such as home settlement to more catastrophic ones such fire and tornado damage. The projects have been located all over the continental US and included contract estimates of up to $100 million. Ms. Chang’s responsibilities have included construction estimation, report preparation, contract document composition, and litigation support.

Ms. Chang uses these skills and experiences as an integral member of the Litigation division within VERTEX to provide damage assessments, repair recommendations, and cost estimates for structural, building envelope, and civil components on residential and commercial applications.
