Chief Revenue Officer
Ben Strong serves as the Chief Revenue Officer of The Vertex Companies, LLC (VERTEX). VERTEX is a professional services consulting firm with over 700 employees and offices throughout the United States, Canada, Europe and the Middle East. Mr. Strong is responsible for company revenue generation processes, and works closely with leadership to achieve VERTEX’s strategic growth objectives.
Mr. Strong has over 30 years of experience in the environmental, construction and insurance industries as a project manager and consultant. These responsibilities have included performing environmental due diligence services, real estate portfolio review projects to assess environmental liability costs, subsurface contaminant investigations, soil and groundwater remediation projects, compliance audits and reviews, as well as conducting and managing lead and asbestos abatement projects, and indoor air quality investigations. In addition, Mr. Strong has worked on various construction and insurance related projects as an assessor of risk and for determining capital expenditures and liability costs.
Mr. Strong has worked with Fortune 500 capital, private equity, REITs, lenders, developers, general contractors, law firms, insurance companies and multi-national industrials, on numerous multi-million and billion dollar real estate portfolio and merger and acquisition deals, as well as development, construction, and forensic projects. Mr. Strong has also worked in support of various environmental and construction litigation matters involving contaminated properties, construction claims, and structural defects.
