Technical Director, Environmental Due Diligence
As Technical Director of Due Diligence, Ms. Reynolds provides technical support services for VERTEX’s environmental practice. Ms. Reynolds conducts Phase I ESAs for complex properties, including malls, colleges, and factories, and also works with VERTEX’s developer clients on initial Due Diligence investigations to review and characterize potential environmental concerns associated with properties proposed for development. Ms. Reynolds is actively working with clients on multiple sites with PFOS, PFOA, and PFAS-related concerns, including sites with identified, reportable releases of a range of PFAS compounds.
Ms. Reynolds develops internal training and review programs to ensure compliance with ASTM, EPA, and industry standards for Due Diligence projects. Ms. Reynolds also develops trainings and outreach for VERTEX clients. Currently, Ms. Reynolds is closely tracking ongoing regulatory changes with respect to emerging contaminants, including PFAS, and is working with the VERTEX team to develop internal and client-focused trainings to assist with these ongoing changes.
